Sophian McCoy is a devoted wife, mother, and proud grandmother who finds joy in faith, family, and creativity. With over 21 years of service at Sentara Healthcare, she brings heart and compassion to all she does—both personally and professionally. When she’s not working, Sophian enjoys traveling, crafting, writing, and spending quality time with her grandson, who often inspires her creative projects.
